Located in Fairfield, IA, Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry (CORE) is dedicated to supporting food and beverage service employees facing financial hardship due to illnesses or medical emergencies. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance for various necessities, including rent or mortgage payments, utility bills, funeral expenses, medical supplies, therapy, and travel costs related to hospital visits. We also help meet essential child needs such as diapers and formula, as well as childcare costs to ensure families can focus on healing without the burden of financial stress. While former grant recipients are welcome to apply for assistance again after a 12-month wait, our commitment remains steadfast in uplifting families through challenging times, up to a lifetime cap of $7,500.
