The Home-Delivered Meals program, an initiative of Milestones Area Agency on Aging in Fairfield, IA, is dedicated to ensuring that seniors who cannot prepare their own meals or visit a Senior Nutrition Center receive nutritious food right at their doorstep. We believe that access to healthy meals should never be a barrier, which is why no one is turned away based on their ability to contribute. Our suggested contribution is just $5.00 per meal, and participants can utilize Food Assistance (SNAP) to help cover costs. We encourage advance arrangements with our nutrition staff to ensure seamless service and care for our community's elders.
