Iowa Healthy LifeStars At Home is a dynamic online program based in Fairfield, IA, dedicated to fostering healthier lifestyles for families through accessible health and nutrition education. Over six weeks, participating families engage with two interactive chapters weekly, featuring insightful video lessons on vital health topics, practical activities to reinforce their learning, delicious and nutritious recipes, and creative ideas for physical activity. In addition, our goal tracking worksheets enable families to monitor their progress.
