MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Forest City, IA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually assess each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and guide them towards suitable weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
