Located in Fort Dodge, IA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We offer critical food assistance through our specialized program that supplies thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to meet the unique needs of our clients.
