Located in Fort Madison, IA, the PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial assistance for travel to specialized care. Each patient can receive up to $800 annually to help cover costs associated with visiting PNH specialists or obtaining critical second opinions. Our program aims to ease the burden of travel expenses—including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and medical co-pays—allowing patients to focus on what truly matters: their health. Grantees may also bring one companion to share in the journey, ensuring that no one faces the challenges of PNH alone. Together, we strive to empower PNH patients and facilitate access to the care they need.
