OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Fort Madison, IA. Our mission is to empower these resilient individuals by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for their needs during this challenging journey. Our program offers a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card for transportation, and a $100 grocery card to help ensure that basic necessities are met. We also prioritize the emotional well-being of our patients through psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers, along with genetic counseling sessions available via phone. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of their patients, as they are processed in the order received, subject to available funding. We stand by our patients every step of the way, committed to easing their burden and supporting their fight against ovarian cancer.
