The Meal Support Program in Grinnell, IA, is dedicated to providing compassionate, free meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Our sessions offer a welcoming virtual environment where participants can join live, facilitated drop-in group meals, designed to nurture both nutrition and emotional well-being. With four meal support times each day—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can choose what fits best into their schedule, attending as often as they need. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. While our program is focused on meal support rather than crisis intervention, we welcome anyone seeking a supportive community in their journey towards recovery.
