The Meal Support Program, based in Humboldt, IA, offers vital and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. We provide a safe and nurturing environment through our live, virtual drop-in group meals, designed to help participants consume nutritious meals with the guidance and support of trained nutrition practitioners. Our meal support sessions, held four times daily, allow individuals to join as frequently as their schedules permit, fostering a sense of community and connection during this crucial stage of recovery.
