OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Humboldt, IA, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for their needs. Our program offers a comprehensive financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to alleviate some of the burdens faced during treatment. Additionally, we recognize the importance of emotional and mental well-being, which is why we provide psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with licensed clinical social workers and access to genetic counseling sessions. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, assuring that all submissions are processed in the order received, with funding availability determining grant deliveries.
