The American Childrens Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) is dedicated to supporting families facing the challenges of childhood cancer through our compassionate Grant Program based in Independence, IA. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden for families whose child has cancer, as well as for cancer survivors within four years of remission. We provide vital financial assistance for a range of critical needs including housing, utilities, food, medical expenses, prescriptions, and transportation to treatment facilities. In addition, we address the lodging needs for families traveling for care. Each grant request is carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that assistance is tailored to meet individual circumstances, with payments made directly to service providers to streamline the support process. We are here to bring hope and relief to those in need during their most challenging times.
