This inclusive program is available in both English and Spanish, offering participants six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, monthly e-newsletters filled with seasonal tips and essential resources, and updates on local community events. Furthermore, enrolled participants who provide their phone number gain exclusive access to a monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series with ADA specialists, where they can ask diabetes-related questions, discover the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy helpful giveaways. Our mission is to empower individuals in their diabetes management through knowledge and community engagement.
