The Meal Support Program in Independence, IA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to consume nutritious food while receiving compassionate support. With four daily meal support sessions, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime opportunities, individuals can easily find times that fit their schedules. Our sessions are supervised by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working toward their CNS certification.
