Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors proudly serves the Indianola, Iowa community by providing vital support to cancer survivors facing financial challenges. Our program delivers six free wellness kits every two months, designed to uplift and empower individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, particularly those in rural areas with limited access to healthcare. Each kit includes essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources that promote overall well-being. We are dedicated to ensuring that no survivor feels alone in their journey, bridging the gap in care with practical assistance and compassionate outreach.
