Located in Iowa Falls, IA, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and older engaged in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers free and accessible virtual drop-in group meals that create a supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutrition alongside others who understand their journey to recovery. With meal support sessions available four times a day—twice during lunch and twice during dinner—participants can find a schedule that works for them, attending as often as they like. Each session is thoughtfully facilitated by nutrition practitioners currently in training to achieve their CNS certification. While we offer a warm space for meal support, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service; individuals in need of urgent help should reach out to appropriate crisis support resources.
