Based in Kalona, IA, the Meal Support Program offers a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our service features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe space for consuming nutrition and connecting with others on a similar journey. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can choose the times that best fit their schedules. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician's Incubator training program, all working towards their Certified Nutrition Specialist certification. While we provide crucial meal support, please note that this program is not a substitute for urgent care or crisis support.
