Supportive Services for BIPOC Sex Workers is a dedicated collective based in Knoxville, IA, championing the rights and wellbeing of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in the sex trade. Led by performers and sex workers themselves, our organization emphasizes empowerment through leadership and decision-making at all levels. We provide essential labor advocacy, financial assistance, and broaden access to crucial resources including mental health support, medical care, and legal services, ensuring that the needs of the Global Majority are met with compassion and urgency.
