MOVE! Weight Management Program in Le Mars, IA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that most effectively meet their individual needs. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support and clinician interaction. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, or seek medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed.
