Based in Marion, IA, the Meal Support Program, part of Project HEAL, is dedicated to providing accessible, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient recovery. Our program offers a warm and supportive environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals held four times a day, allowing participants to share nutritious meals while receiving vital emotional support from trained practitioners. Designed for those navigating the challenges of recovery, our meal sessions are facilitated by professionals in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that each participant feels cared for and understood. Once approved, individuals can join as many meal times as needed, making it easy to integrate this support into their daily routine.
