MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Marshalltown, IA, is committed to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission includes annual screenings for obesity for every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities, along with referral to tailored weight management options that respect individual preferences. MOVE! offers a variety of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
