Tailored to meet participants at their unique starting point, this program offers six informative e-booklets, a monthly e-newsletter in both English and Spanish filled with seasonal tips and local resources, and information on community events. Participants who provide their phone numbers will also have the opportunity to engage in a monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, allowing them to pose questions to diabetes specialists, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways designed to foster a thriving lifestyle.
