With a warm approach, our Family Support team offers accurate information and guidance right at the moment of diagnosis. We provide services such as parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support, as well as assistance with navigating Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, and benefits like Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
