Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Mount Vernon, IA, particularly those facing financial challenges, from diverse backgrounds, or residing in rural areas with limited access to healthcare. Our mission is to provide six complimentary wellness kits every two months, which are thoughtfully packed with essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, among other valuable resources.
