The Iowa Individual Disaster Assistance Grant Program (IIAGP), managed by the Iowa Community Action Association, is dedicated to supporting families in times of need following a disaster. Activated by a Governor's disaster proclamation, this program provides crucial financial assistance to households with an annual income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, offering grants of up to $5,000 to help with temporary housing, food assistance, replacement of personal property, and home repairs. Located in Muscatine, IA, we strive to ensure that families affected by disasters can recover and rebuild their lives. To apply, interested individuals can download the application and submit it to a local Community Action Association by the designated deadline.
