Based in Muscatine, IA, the Meal Support Program provides compassionate and inclusive meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers structured, virtual group meals four times a day, creating a welcoming environment where participants can gather to consume nutritious meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. Our sessions aim to support the healing process by fostering community, understanding, and connection during mealtimes. Participants are welcome to join as many sessions as their schedule allows, ensuring they receive the nourishment and support they need on their journey toward recovery.
