Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, located in New Hampton, IA, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors facing financial challenges, particularly those from diverse backgrounds and underserved rural communities. We provide six complimentary wellness kits every two months to help enhance well-being and encourage healthy lifestyles during recovery. Each wellness kit may include items such as a water bottle, journal, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources to aid in the healing process. Our mission is to ensure that every survivor has access to the tools and support they need on their journey to wellness.
