About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in New Hampton, IA is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal assistance for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating their outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers free, accessible meal support through live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a safe and encouraging environment. Participants can attend our meal support sessions, which occur four times daily—two during lunch and two during dinner—allowing flexibility to fit into their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring professional guidance as they work toward their CNS certification. While the Meal Support Program focuses on healthy meal support, it is important to note that we do not provide crisis care. For immediate assistance, please reach out to appropriate crisis services. Join us to foster a nourishing community as you progress in your recovery journey.
