Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, based in North Liberty, IA, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who are experiencing financial challenges, particularly those from diverse backgrounds or rural communities with limited access to health care. Our program provides six complimentary wellness kits delivered every two months, thoughtfully curated to promote well-being during and after treatment. Each kit may include practical items like water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources aimed at enhancing the overall health of our recipients.
