The Meal Support Program in North Liberty, IA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers a welcoming environment where participants can join live, virtual group meals designed to foster a sense of community and support while consuming nutritious food. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, individuals can easily fit meal support into their schedules. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring a knowledgeable and supportive experience. While we focus on meal support and community building, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service.
