MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Norwalk, IA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. With a mission to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, we connect individuals to tailored weight management options designed to meet their unique needs and preferences. Our program offers a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! system that allows for in-home support and clinician interaction when necessary. Veterans have the option to utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, in addition to access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges with obesity.
