The Meal Support Program in Orange City, IA, offers a compassionate and welcoming environment for individuals aged 16 and older who are seeking support in their outpatient eating disorder recovery journey. Our program provides free, accessible meal support sessions four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner slots, allowing participants to join as they are able. Each session is a facilitated, virtual drop-in group meal, designed to foster a safe space for individuals to consume nutrition while receiving essential emotional support. Led by nutrition practitioners who are advancing towards their CNS certification through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our dedicated team ensures that each participant feels understood and supported throughout their meal experience.
