The Meal Support Program in Osage, IA, is dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient care during their eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a unique virtual environment where participants can join live drop-in group meals, fostering a safe and encouraging atmosphere to consume nutrition with dedicated support. With meal support sessions available four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants have the flexibility to attend as their schedules allow. All sessions are guided by skilled nutrition practitioners training through the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working towards their CNS certification. While we are here to support recovery through nutrition, it is important to note that we do not offer crisis care.
