Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting individuals in Osceola, IA, who have bravely faced cancer and are experiencing financial hardships, especially those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural areas underserved by healthcare. Our program provides six free wellness kits, delivered every two months, that include essential resources designed to promote well-being and recovery. Each kit may contain items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for survivors during their healing journey. We believe that access to wellness resources should be available to everyone, and we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
