Whether you've recently received a kidney disease diagnosis, are supporting a loved one, or preparing for dialysis, our program offers invaluable knowledge. Participants will learn about the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), nutrition strategies for eating well with kidney disease, coping mechanisms, treatment options including home dialysis, and available resources. We understand that accessibility is key, which is why our classes are offered in multiple formats: online, via video conference or phone call, and in-person, ensuring that everyone can participate in their journey towards better kidney health.
