The Meal Support Program in Ottumwa, IA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the journey of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a welcoming environment where participants can share a nutritious meal while receiving essential emotional support. With four daily meal support sessions available—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can easily fit these supportive gatherings into their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from our Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification.
