Project HEAL Pella, IA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Pella, IA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible support for individuals aged 16 and up who are navigating the challenges of eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual meal support sessions where participants can enjoy structured meals in a safe and supportive environment, enhancing their recovery journey. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, we cater to diverse schedules and needs. Each meal support session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring guidance that is both compassionate and rooted in expertise. While we focus on fostering a nourishing space for recovery, it's important to note that we do not offer crisis support; individuals in need of immediate assistance should contact appropriate emergency services.
