Based in Perry, IA, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program features virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutrition while receiving essential support. With four meal support sessions each day—featuring two lunchtimes and two dinnertimes—attendees can join as frequently as their schedules allow. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring participants receive guidance from those actively working towards their CNS certification.
