Located in Sheldon, IA, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals provide a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals with the encouragement of trained nutrition practitioners. We host meal support sessions four times daily, allowing individuals to join whenever it fits their schedule. While we focus on creating a supportive atmosphere for meal consumption, we emphasize that we are not a crisis intervention service. For urgent needs, individuals are encouraged to reach out to crisis lines or local emergency services. Our mission is to empower those on their recovery journey through community and nourishment.
