The Meal Support Program in Sioux City, IA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in sessions that foster a supportive environment, allowing participants to share meals guided by compassionate nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program. With four daily meal support sessions, including two during lunch and two during dinner, individuals have the flexibility to join as their schedules permit. We believe in creating a safe space for recovery, where nourishment is paired with understanding and care.
