The Meal Support Program in Solon, IA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual meal sessions designed to create a safe and welcoming environment where participants can eat nutritious meals while receiving essential support. With four meal support sessions daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily fit these into their schedules as they work towards healing. Our sessions are guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification.
