Located in Solon, IA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen all Veterans who receive care at VA facilities for obesity, offering tailored referrals to a range of weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We provide diverse options, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which facilitates in-home support via messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available for easy tracking. Additionally, comprehensive care options encompass weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after participating in MOVE!
