Supportive Services for BIPOC Sex Workers is a dedicated collective based in Spencer, Iowa, empowering Black, Indigenous, and People of Color who work in the sex trades. Led by performers and sex workers, our organization prioritizes the voices and leadership of those we serve, ensuring they are integral to every decision we make. We provide essential advocacy, financial support, and vital access to mental health and medical care, as well as legal services tailored for the unique needs of People of the Global Majority in the sex work community. Our mission is to uplift and create a safe, supportive environment where every individual can thrive and succeed.
