Supportive Services for BIPOC Sex Workers in Spirit Lake, IA is a pioneering collective led by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color performers and sex workers dedicated to empowering individuals within the sex trades. Our mission prioritizes providing vital labor advocacy, financial assistance, and enhanced access to essential mental health, medical care, and legal services.
