Located in Spirit Lake, IA, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care and navigating the recovery journey from eating disorders. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals that occur four times a day, allowing participants to join in a welcoming and safe environment where they can consume nutritious meals while receiving valuable support. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, ensuring tailored guidance for each individual's needs. Once approved, participants can freely attend as many meal support times as they prefer, enhancing their recovery experience with community and understanding. While our focus is on meal support, we encourage those in need of urgent care to contact appropriate crisis services.
