We facilitate peer mentoring among parents, deliver nutritional education and meal planning guidance, and provide behavior management strategies tailored to individual needs. Additionally, we assist families navigating the complexities of Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
