Located in Storm Lake, Iowa, Faith, Hope & Charity provides specialized residential services for children and young adults with disabilities, mental health challenges, and chronic health conditions. Our mission centers on enhancing the quality of life for both individuals and their families by fostering a supportive, homelike environment tailored to unique needs and preferences. Operating as an Intermediate Care Facility for Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID), our facility encompasses four welcoming homes—Faith, Hope, Charity, and Love—each featuring personal bedrooms, communal living areas, and ample outdoor space for recreation. Our comprehensive services include Individual Service Plans, 24-hour medical support, physical and occupational therapy, dietary and nutritional guidance, and psychological evaluations, ensuring holistic care for our residents. Placement is coordinated through the Department of Human Services (DHS) and is available for individuals aged 3 to 21 who meet specific criteria.
