Located in Storm Lake, IA, the Meal Support Program provides essential, free meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming, safe space through live, virtual drop-in group meals, allowing participants to engage in shared dining experiences with the guidance of knowledgeable nutrition practitioners. Meal support sessions occur four times daily, accommodating both lunch and dinner schedules, and individuals can join as often as they feel necessary. Our dedicated team is committed to fostering a respectful environment that prioritizes nutrition and recovery while being informed by the latest insights into eating disorders.
