MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Urbandale, IA, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receives the support they need to tackle obesity, with annual screenings and personalized referrals to a variety of weight management services. From engaging group sessions and convenient telephone lifestyle coaching to the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home support, we offer diverse treatment options tailored to individual preferences. Veterans can also use the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if they need additional assistance.
