OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Urbandale, IA. Our mission is to ease the financial burden faced by these remarkable individuals by offering a tailored financial assistance package that includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card. In addition to practical support, we provide essential psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with a licensed clinical social worker, and genetic counseling sessions to help patients navigate their health choices. We encourage health care providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients to ensure timely access to these crucial services. Applications are prioritized in the order they are received, with grant availability dependent on funding. Together, we celebrate the strength and resilience of ovarian cancer patients, standing by them in their fight with compassion and care.
