Based in Vinton, IA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and caregivers. Our Family Support team understands the challenges families face and offers accurate information and extensive resources when a diagnosis occurs. We provide parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management assistance, and guidance navigating Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) application processes.
